Integrated Power Nigeria Ltd was incorporated in Nigeria in the year 2011 as a direct response to the privatization and unbundling of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) as encapsulated in the Road map for power sector reform. The reform program created various opportunities across the entire power sector value chain especially in power distribution.
Integrated Power Nigeria Ltd is conceived to fill the gap in the entire power value chain through the provision of specialized services in the area of Project Management Consultancy, Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Enumeration, Metering, Contract Review and Risk Management, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and other support services.
Who We Are
Established in 2011, Integrated Power Nigeria Ltd emerged in response to the momentous privatization and unbundling of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) as outlined in the Road Map for Power Sector Reform. This groundbreaking reform program created numerous opportunities throughout the entire power sector value chain, particularly in power distribution.
Our Role:
Integrated Power Nigeria Ltd was strategically conceptualized to bridge the gaps in the power value chain. We specialize in providing expert services in Project Management Consultancy, Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Enumeration, Metering, Contract Review, Risk Management, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), and various other support services. Our active involvement in the reform program of the power sector positions us as an industry leader.
Our Current Focus:
Integrated Power Nigeria Ltd is presently engaged in power distribution and retailing, commercial contract negotiation, business development, client relationship management, and the provision of consultancy services for revenue collection, distribution network optimization, metering, and additional support services in power distribution. We are also honored to be consultants for Portharcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) in Revenue Cycle Management and engaged by Nigeria Electricity Liability Management GTE (NELMCO) for public sector debt recovery and collections.

Meter Asset Provider (MAP) Process
Integrated Power Nigeria Ltd is at the forefront of revolutionizing the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry through active participation in the Meter Asset Provider (MAP) initiative. With the approval and implementation of Regulation No. NERC/R/112 by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), we have embraced the opportunity to contribute significantly to closing the metering gap in Nigeria.
